catching up with family

here's a procrastination post

my cousin and niece, dorothy, (she's 19 this year) came over for her interview at UCL. dropped by ldn to visit them and collect my stuff that my mother had them bring over

auntie lerma made me shrimp paste chicken! from the premix shrimp paste sauce i brought over the previous time round.

the next day, woke up at 8am (!!!) and walked the dogs with her

they are SO cute and SO obedient!!

then met my cousin and niece at tottenham area

at the beautiful st paul's cathedral

oh my gosh, the wind that day was insane. standing on the millenium (?) bridge = crazy winds

cousin told us to take a photo beside this bird's egg looking thing??

the neeexxxt day

it was a kinda frosty morning

honestly don't get the hype for shake shack.... but the cheese fries are fantastic albeit at £3.95 ($8)

after that follows a long time along oxford street..... which i had my wallet stolen at the primark store on tottenham court road >:( much hassle now that i do not have my ic with me aarruuughhhhh

this was the last day and our last pict together. my childhood playmate!

back to auntie lerma's and i had a nap while dorothy (my niece) and my cuz went to heathrow. left for oxford again and i met eliz, my super long-time friend (the last time we properly hung out was probably 5 years ago but i saw her at zouk last year tho), for some ramen at kanada-ya. they had the skinny noodles... not a fan though but good to be eating some authentic jap food.

mad long journey back to auntie lerma's and had an awesome sleep.

aaaannndddd.... woke up to snow!!! she wanted me to go out to the garden to take photos but i was in my PJs and it was cold.. so nah. woops, now that i think back, i should have probably done so.

had a good time together at putney and KFC for lunch before i went to victoria to catch the coach back.

but it snowed in winchester a few days later. all's good!

annnnndddd i woke up to a parcel from hui min and chuang :-) pineapple tarts, peanut cookies and my fav san zha!!! thx girls, if you ever see this yeah.
