i am literally doing whatever i can to avoid doing my assignment
side track to 2 days before i left on my adventure
a day before easter sunday, sam and i went to tesco. we took the double deck bus 3 for the first time!
a baguette almost as long as my legs and rip my pair of grey flats i have traded you in for an air max
easter morning saw us playing football with our neighbour, spiderman.
easter dinner! we invited our jap classmates, chihiro and ayaka, and our sg friends, shan and geraint
followed by many rounds of heads up
easter monday saw me heading into london to catch a bus to utrecht, netherlands
my journey would have been much more pleasant if i hadnt had to alight and hop on the ferry to get across to europe
arrived into utrecht at 8ish in the morn and my cuz came to pick me up!
i proceeded to take a 4 hour nap
after my nap, i went to overvecht and bought a pair of air max. and some shirts from nike as well. but not for me.
only at S$100!
then we had dinner
april 8th we had prata for breakfast
and i went to jumbo (supermarket) by myself to get groceries for our dinner
there were some baby pigeons outside my cuz' windows that were so cute but so noisy
on april 9th, i went to the shopping area in utrecht
this is me in monki. i love the changing room
really like this top but it is 25 euros
april 10th, after my cuz's exam, we went over to den haag/ the hague. 1 hour via train
we first visited an illusion museum - escher in the palace
next, we went to the scheveningen beach
ice cream is sooo cheap and yums in europe
after the beach, we made a mad rush back to my cuz's hostel and packed our stuff and left for the bus station where we took the coach to brussels, belgium!
upon arriving, we were so lost we ended up taking a cab to the hotel and met up with fitz who was already there
the next day, april 11th, we walked around the city

went to an antique market!!! super cool stuff
i bought a watch at 10 euros

went to party and took a chill pill hahaha
went back to the hotel crazy tired but it was a wild (literally. there was a snake as entertainment in the club) and unforgettable night. woke up super early the next day to head to luxembourg.
walked to our hostel from the railway station and it was a hella tough walk with gravel roads and steep hills
after checking in to hostel, we went out to have dinner at... mcdonalds. i had mcwings!
the next day, april 13th, cuz and i went to walk around luxembourg first while fitz studied

upon reaching paris around 11am on april 14th, fitz went to school while my cuz and i went to champ elysees and the lourve

the heat on that day was insane

cuz and i had a bloody expensive chinese meal
then onward to visit the eiffel tower and fitz joined us
the next day! april 15th. we went to forever21 for some shopping before hopping onto a river cruise along the seine river. still bloody hot weather!
after the cruise, we went to have fondue for dinner
we waited for more than an hour for the group of italian students occupying the entire shop to finish their meal >:(
after that, i believe was the start of my fever T_T my cuz and fitz went clubbing while i went back to fitz's place first.
had such a bad fever that we ended up just sleeping april 16th away :-(
but on april 17th, we went to disneyland!
so disappointing that disneyland paris does not provide first time badges but instead it came in the form of a paper...
this cast member, Claude, was really good man. took notice of fitz and a little girl's birthday badges and sung birthday songs for them!
lunch was a yummy caesar chicken wrap and a cheesecake

went over to the disneyland park from the walt disney studios park!

the last day in paris, april 18th
3 of us plus a singaporean girl we met on the metro went over to chez chartier for lunch! the food was bomb diggity. here's my beef cheek and macaroni.
then we went over to the catacombs of paris also known as the underground cemetry.
